TRANSFORM

As the fourth core value, TRANSFORM refers to SENTmission partners ultimately transforming the workplace.

Workplace transformation means that through the Gospel, individuals, organizations, and workplace cultures are holistically restored into what God originally intended them to be.

SENT ENGAGE NETWORK To the Praise of His Glory (Eph. 1:6, 12, 14) TRANSFORM Phase

In the TRANSFORM Phase, the fourth phase of missional discipleship, disciples transform the workplace as the fruit of their participation in the mission of God.

The ultimate purpose of this transformation is to be 'to the praise of His glory' (Ephesians 1:6, 12, 14).

Furthermore, the fruit of the TRANSFORM Phase feeds back into the preceding three phases, reinforcing and empowering each of them.
