As the first core value, SENT refers to SENTmission partners living out a 'Sending-Being Sent' awareness in their everyday workplaces.

This awareness stems from two core understandings grounded in the mission of God: First is the understanding of the mission of God that runs through the entire Bible. Second is the understanding of the fact that each of us has been sent to the workplace for this very mission of God.

In the SENT Phase, the first phase of missional discipleship, SENTmission partners are equipped with a 'Sending-Being Sent' awareness rooted in the mission of God.

This is accomplished through a 4-week online learning journey.
